We had a wonderful evening sampling the six courses, three cheese savoury and three sweet and delicious. We started the evening with some tasty savouries, mini fishcakes, poached quail egg with bacon and Chinese style Lincoln Red Beef in sesame and chilli. First course was a sumptuous tomato and Pantysgawn goats cheese bruschetta and the meal finished with a light fruity hot strawberry souffle.
