​Violet Gin and Dark Chocolate Mousse

​Flavoured Gin is trending at present and we have combined Violet Gin with Dark Chocolate as part of a new dessert for our dinner menu.

​We tried this wonderful combination of Dark Chocolate and Violet Gin as part of an Assieitte of desserts for our Celebration Anniversary Dinner and it was delicious. So we decided to include it on our dessert menu in June. The pale violet gin adds a richness to the dark chocolate mousse, which is enhanced by the purple gin syrup. we have added a crunch to the dish by decorating with a croquant cocoa crisp. And served with a creamy white chocolate and vanilla ice-cream with chocolate crumble and chocolate noir sauce. A sure treat for gin lovers and chocoholics!!
